East Midlands Sexuality and Equality Partnership (EMSEP)
NLGBA is a member of EMSEP, a non-governmental organisation based in the East Midlands specialising in Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual equality. The EMSEP aim is to better enable all communities in the East Midlands and across the UK to embrace social change in relation to sexuality, with particular reference to new employment legislation.

Consultancy
NLGBA provides a range of bespoke consultancy interventions to public, private and voluntary and community sector bodies across England. A current contract which NLGBA delivers on is to Nottingham City Council regarding the Equality and Diversity Legislation for the Equalities Standard for Local Government this covers sexuality, gender, age, race, abilty and faith. Packages can be tailor made to fit needs of organisations and normal practice is to work in partnership with local consultants.
