Northampton Borough Council LGB People's Forum The Northampton Borough Council (NBC) LGB People's Forum is an opportunity for people who identify as lesbian, gay or bisexual to come along and meet with representatives of NBC. It is a chance for you to have your say and discuss with the NBC councillors the polices and services that affect LGB people's lives. The forum is chaired jointly by an NBC councillor and a member of the LGB community. Anyone can raise a point for discussion and add it to the agenda. If you have something to say or would just like to come along and see what's going on then simply turn up on the night.
